Madison Labrador is in her first season as a Program Aide for the Texas A&M Olympic Strength and Conditioning staff.
Labrador joins Texas A&M after serving as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Ball State University from 2022-24. Prior to Ball State, Labrador served as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Tiffin University.
Labrador began her coaching career as an intern and graduate assistant coach for Olympic sports at Ball State while also serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at The Barn Academy, where she spearheaded the development of the company's sports performance department.
Originally from South Carolina, Labrador graduated from Ball State University, earning both a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a Master's in Sports Performance in 2021. During her time at Ball State, Labrador was a softball student-athlete and later played professionally, including with the Puerto Rico Olympic team. Her accolades include: 2016 NJCAA Region X Player of the Year, 2016 NJCAA DI Softball Marucci Elite Hitter Award, 2017 and 2018 First Team All-MAC. Labrador is excited to bring her experience and passion for human performance to Texas A&M.
