MEXICAN NATIONAL TEAM
Helped Mexico qualify for its first-ever softball appearance in the Olympics…Hit .500 in the tournament, notching team-highs of nine hits and seven RBI…Posted a .524 on base percentage and a .667 slugging percentage…At the Pan American games in Lima, Peru in 2019, finished with a .471 batting average – tied for second in the competition.

Played in the inaugural season of Athletes Unlimited in the summer of 2020…Finished the 2020 season at No. 8 on the leaderboard with 1,690 points…Had a league-record six doubles…Tallied 12 RBI and three home runs for a .365 average and .654 slugging percentage.
COLLEGIATE CAREER: Finished her career as the school’s record holder in runs (198), RBI (219) and total bases (480) … ranked second in home runs (65), third in walks (164) and slugging percentage (.694) and sixth in batting average (.355) and putouts (1200).
2018 (SENIOR): Named a NFCA Second Team All-American … Voted to the All-SEC First Team and SEC All-Defensive Team … Earned a spot on the NFCA All-South Region Team … Started in all 62 games, batting .350 and led the Aggies in runs scored (44), home runs (14), RBI (62), slugging percentage (.628), on-base percentage (.456) and walks (34) … Held a .990 fielding percentage, recording 385 putouts and 25 assists with just four errors at first base … Helped the Aggies win game two of the Gainesville Super Regional, hitting the go-ahead home run in the seventh … Put the Aggies ahead in game three of the Gainesville Super Regional with a two-run homer … Recorded two walk off hits against Houston (2/9) and Iowa (2/17) … Went 5-for-7 with three home runs (two grand slams) and nine RBI against Butler and Tulsa (2/16) … Was named the SEC and NFCA National Player of the Week after batting .533 (8-for-15) with four home runs, 12 RBI, five runs scored, two walks and a stolen base … Hit the first home run in Davis Diamond (4/29), a solo shot to center against Auburn.
2017 (JUNIOR): Started in all 60 games at 1B … Named to the NFCA All-South Region Second Team … Voted to the SEC All Preseason Team by the league’s coaches … Batted .298 with 46 RBI and a team-high 17 home runs … Smacked three home runs against No. 11/9 Tennessee (5/7) to tie her career high … Drove in all three runs against Texas (5/21) in the NCAA College Station Regional championship game … Recorded three stolen bases and drew a team-high 44 walks … Hit her first career triple against Ohio State (2/11).
2016 (SOPHOMORE): Named a NFCA Third Team All-American … Selected to the All-SEC First Team and All-SEC Defensive Team … Voted to the NFCA All-Region Second Team … Led the Aggies in batting average (.406), slugging percentage (.712), OBP (.519) and walks (40) … Hit 14 home runs with 55 RBI … Scored 56 times, which ranks fourth all-time in program history … Recorded 352 putouts and 11 assists with only two errors for a .995 fielding percentage in her first year at first base … Hit three home runs against Alabama, tying the SEC record for most home runs in a game … Hit .403 in SEC play with a team-high eight home runs … Was a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen bases attempts.
2015 (FRESHMAN): Saw action and started in 60 games as a true freshman … Logged 174 at-bats with 64 hits, 51 runs and 56 RBI … Leads the team in runs scored (51), hits (64), home runs (20) and RBI (56) … Ended the season second in assists (108) ... Finished the season with a .368 batting average, an on base percentage of .500 and a slugging percentage of .776 … Logged 20 home runs on the year, with the most recent occurring against Oklahoma (May 16) … Earned six places in the Texas A&M single season record book after her rookie year – slugging percent (.776), runs (51), walks (46), home runs (20), RBI (56) and total bases (135).
Previous Athletic Background
Vidales was a two-time District 23-5A Offensive Player of the Year and a four year as a varsity letterman at La Porte High School. As a freshman in 2011, the infielder was named District Newcomer of the Year when the LPHS softball team won the District 23-5A Championship. Vidales helped the team to a district runner-up finish for the past two years and was listed among the Top 100 Seniors on StudentSports.com’s softball list. She played summer ball for the Impact Gold, placing in the top 10 at ASA Nationals for the past three years. Vidales was also a standout volleyball player and diver, winning the district diving championship in 2011 and 2012. Outside of athletics, Vidales was in the top 10 percent of her class, was a Texas Scholar, and was the junior class president. She was involved in the National Honor Society, school musicals, studied American Sign Language, and was a member of the student council. Vidales volunteered through the NHS and at youth softball camps.
