- Earned five dual meet victories during the season, sweeping the 500 and 1,000 frees against TCU, winning the 1,000 at SMU and taking the 500 and 1,650 frees at Arizona
- At the SEC Championships, Gettys placed 22nd in the 1,650 free and saw action in the 200 free and 500 free
High School/Club
- Swam for Tom Arredondo at Round Rock High School
- At the 2025 Texas Class 6A state meet, Gettys placed third in the 500 free (4:26.16) and fourth in the 200 free (1:37.44) and anchored Round Rock’s 200 and 400 free relays to fifth- and ninth-place finishes, respectively.Â
- At the 2024 state meet, Gettys placed second in the 500 free (4:20.88) and seventh in the 200 free (1:37.86)
- Holds the school record for 500 (4:19)
