2020: Indoor - Opened her season running 7.69 in the 60m dash and 8.84 in the 60m hurdles at the Reveille Invitational...Placed fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.73) at the Aggie Invitational, a season best time. Outdoor - Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Indoor - Produced season best 60m time of 7.70 to place fifth at Reveille Invitational … Registered best of 24.73 in 200m to place 11th in Ted Nelson Invitational and ran 7.76 to finish 10th in 60m … In Texas A&M Triangular, finished fifth in 60m hurdles with an 8.79 and seventh in the 200m with a 24.98 … Ran 24.80 in 200m at Charlie Thomas Invitational … Placed fourth in 60m hurdles with an 8.71 after generating season best of 8.69 in prelims at Aggie Twilight. Outdoor - Competed in the 100m and 100m hurdles in three meets … Established season best times of 11.98 and 14.20 in the Reveille Meet … Also produced wind-aided bests of 11.85W (7.4) and 14.14W (5.0) in the Texas A&M Invitational … Improved windy best to 11.68 (3.0) in the Michael Johnson Invitational.
Prior to Texas A&M: Attended Cal State Bakersfield from Fall of 2016 to Spring of 2018 … Produced personal best times of 11.69w, 11.81 (100m), 13.76w, 13.79 (100m hurdles) … In 2018, finished fourth in 100m hurdles at WAC Championships and placed eighth in 100m … Indoors, finished sixth in 60m and eighth in 60m hurdles as well as fifth in long jump at WAC Indoor Championships … Indoor season best marks of 7.65 (60m), 8.65 (60m hurdles) and 18-5 ¼ (long jump) … In 2017, placed seventh in 100m hurdles at WAC Championships.
High School: 2016 graduate of Stockdale High School in Bakersfield, California … Coached by Dave Lonsinger … Established personal best times of 12.36 (100m), 14.66 (100m hurdles) … 2016 senior season she qualified for CIF State meet in 100m hurdles after winning Central Section Area meet and CIF Central Section Masters … Also finished seventh in long jump and eighth in 100m at CIF Central Section Masters while also anchoring runner-up 4x100 relay … Advanced to USATF National Junior Olympics in 100m, 100m hurdles and long jump … Placed seventh in final of long jump at USATF National Junior Olympics … Won 100m and 100m hurdles at USATF Region 14 meet … Advanced to CIF State meet in 100m hurdles during 2015 junior season … Finished third in 100m hurdles at CIF Central Section Masters while placing fourth in 100m … In 2014, placed seventh in 100m and ninth in 100m hurdles at CIF Central Section Masters … Runner-up in 100m and third in 100m hurdles at CIF South Area meet … Competed in cross country during her junior season … Student organizations involved with include National Honor Society, CSF, Black Student Union, cheerleader, color guard, French club and French Honor Society.
Personal: Falon Andralette Ilah Wilson is the daughter of Fred and Andralette Wilson, born July 5, 1998 in Bakersfield, California … Has four siblings, Fred, Fondereaux, along with twins Aaliyah and Aaleyah … Her father played football at Idaho State … Her brother, Fred, played football at UNLV … Sister Aaliyah competes in track and field at Washington … Mother competed in track and field at Cal State Bakersfield … Chose Texas A&M because it’s a great place to get an education and the track program has a tradition of excellence – “I knew that going here would be the perfect place to help me reach my career and athletics goals” … Started competing in track and field at age 6 … Majoring in Political Science.
Tidbits: Career goal is to become a sports attorney in the NFL or NBA … Chose track and field over other sports since “it’s the only sport I’ve consistently done my whole life, and as I got older I realized I needed to put all of my time and energy into it if I wanted to become a great track athlete.”
