2021: Outdoor - Competed in one meet, threw the javelin 111-1/33.85m at the Texas vs. Texas A&M dual meet.
2020: Outdoor - Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
High School: 2019 graduate of Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas … Competed in long jump, discus, javelin, shot put, relays and sprints … Member of Houston Christian track club … In 2019, placed sixth in the long jump and discus at the Southwest Preparatory Conference Championships … As a junior in 2018, finished fourth in discus at SPC Championships … Bronze medalist in discus at 2017 SPC Championships with a best of 115-8 … Finished fifth in discus as a freshman at 2016 SPC Championships … Also competed in basketball and volleyball … Captain of volleyball team and earned academic honor.
Personal: Daughter of Joe and Melissa Malouf...Has three older siblings, Lauren, Morgan and Landon … Grandfather Don Mercer is Texas A&M Class of ’59 and he played basketball for the Aggies … Brother Landon is Class of ’21 and was a member of the Aggie track and field team … Cousin Keeli Curry is Class of ’18 … Father played football at Texas along with uncle Tony, while cousin Tracie played basketball with the Longhorns … Family members competing at Texas Tech include cousins Adam and Roney playing football and cousin Mandy a member of the Red Raider track and field team … Chose Texas A&M since it’s close to home, feels like a community and for the track and field program … Started competing in track and field in fifth grade … Community service projects have included volunteering with Brookewood Community, Special Olympics, food bank, and Hurricane Harvey relief … Majoring in Psychology.
