2022: Indoor - Did not compete. Outdoor - Competed in the 800m (2:42.68) at the 44 Farms Team Invitational... Ended season at the Alumni Muster where she clocked 2:43.23 in the 800m race.
2021: Did not compete.
2020: Indoor - Competed in four meets, ran a season best 1000m time of 3:18.98...Clocked a personal best 800m (2:28.97) at the Ted Nelson Invitational. Outdoor - Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Indoor - Competed unattached in 800m during a pair of meets, running 2:34.15 at Aggie Twilight indoors and 2:38.27 at A&M Alumni Muster outdoors.
High School: 2018 graduate of William J. Brennan High School in San Antonio, Texas … Graduated third in her class, earned AP Scholar with Distinction award … Named first team Academic All-District four consecutive years … Member of National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society … Produced personal best time of 2:24.47 (800m) … Coached by Fetima Jordan and Veronica Benhalim … Competed for Inner Circle track club in summer track, coached by Cherylann Robinson … In 2017, placed fifth in 800m at district meet … Also finished fifth in 800m at AAU Region 19 qualifier … Fifth in 800m at 2016 district meet … Served as captain of cross country team … Co-captain of freshman basketball team.
Personal: Kimberly Marissa Dow is the daughter of John and Maria Dow, born in Willingboro, New Jersey on January 4, 2000 … Has two older siblings, Joshua and Courtney … Brother is Texas A&M Class of ’14 … Chose Texas A&M – “It’s been my dream school since I was in fifth grade. It has an outstanding engineering program and track team, as well as a lot of cool traditions that unite the campus and make it feel like home” … Started competing in track and field at age 13 … Community service involvement includes volunteering at SNIPSA’s The Big Fix Event and member of Twin City Church of Christ … Majoring in Engineering.
Tidbits: Career goal is to become an environmental engineer and volunteer for Engineers without Borders.
