2015-16 (Junior)
Posted season bests of 57.25c in the 100 back at the Art Adamson Invitational and 2:01.56c at the Speedo Sectionals … had a fourth place finish in the 100 back against North Texas and sixth in the 500 free against Rice.
2014-2015 (Sophomore)
Saw success at the Art Adamson Invitational, setting career bests in the 100 free (52.36), 200 free (1:50.43), 500 free (5:04.95, and 100 back (57.39)… set a personal best in the 100 fly (58.44) and finished fifth in the championship final 100 back (1:05.11) and 200 back (2:20.89) at the Speedo Championship Series.
2013-2014 (Freshman)
Made an impact with a solid freshman season. At the Art Adamson Invitational, Cook competed in the 50 free (25.08), 100 free (52.99), 200 free (1:52.38), 500 free (5:06.43), 100 back (58.19), and 200 back (2:01.00). Cook’s 200 back is the fifth fastest on the team this season.
High School/Club:
2013 graduate of Boerne High School in Boerne, Texas … four-year letter winner … silver medalist at State meet in 200 free and 6th place finisher in 100 back … four-year First team All-State in 200 free and 100 back … also competed for Alamo Area Aquatics for four years and was coached by Bill Thomas.

Julia Munson Cook is the daughter of Michael and Mary Cook … born on April 29, 1995 in San Antonio, Texas … has two siblings: Emily and Brian … intends to major in Forensic and Investigative Sciences … has been swimming competitively since the age of 12 … says she chose A&M “because of the friendliness and care that everyone radiates!”
