Posted NCAA ‘A’ cuts in the 500 free (4:36.53), 400 IM (4:03.90), and 1650 free (15.52.74) at the SEC Championships placing fifth in the 500 free and taking bronze in the 400 IM and 1650 free. Henry scored 79 individual points while also contributing to the school-record setting 800 free relay which took the silver medal in 6:58.80. Including the relay, Henry swam only ‘A’ time standards during the finals of the SEC Championships. At the NCAA Championships, Henry competed in three individual events, placing eighth in the 500 free (4:37.01), fourth in the 400 IM (4:02.88), and fourth in the 1650 free for a new school record of 15:42.44. From her mile swim, Henry set a new school record in the 1000 free in a blistering 9:34.01. Altogether, Henry posted 41 individual points at the championships.
2012-2013 (Junior)
Henry was the runner up in the 1650 at the NCAA Championships and also placed sixth in the 400 IM and ninth in the 500 free to score a combined total of 39 points with all NCAA ‘A’ time standards. Henry also swam in the 800 free relay which placed fifth. Henry won the title of SEC Champion for the 500 free and 1650 free, and also placed third in the 400IM Scoring a total of 91 individual points, and earning all NCAA ‘A’ cuts, Henry also helped the 800 free relay to fourth place at the SEC Championships. Henry broke two school records this season, swimming the 500 free in 4:33.07 at the Phil Hansel Invitational and the 1650 free in 15.45.79 at the SEC Championships. With a huge performance at the US Open Championships, Henry took silver in the 800m free and 200m free as well as a bronze in the 400m IM … also took 4th in the 400m free and 5th in the 200m IM Henry totaled 79 points reaching the finals in five events and earning the Female High Point Scorer award. At the World University Games in Russia, Henry grabbed a gold medal as a member of the USA 800m freestyle relay and a silver medal in the 200m IM
2011-2012 (Sophomore)
Henry was an Olympic Trials finalist in the 400 IM with a 7th place finish, and a semi-finalist in the 200m freestyle finishing 15th… US Open Champion & finalist 200m IM (1st), 200m freestyle (3), 800m freestyle (4th), 400 IM (2nd) , and 400m freestyle (8th) … 2013 World University Games qualifier in the 4 x 200 freestyle relay, 400 I.M, and 200 IM
2010-2011 (Freshman)
Henry finished her freshman year with a remarkable two school records and an NCAA ‘A’ cut time as well as three ‘B’ cut times. She scored 62.5 points at the Big 12 Championship meet with three 2nd place finishes in the 500 freestyle, 1,650 free, and as part of the 800 free relay (7:04.26) as well as a first place finish in the IM Three personal bests for the season came at the NCAA National Championship meet in the 500 free (4:39.30) and with record breaking times in the 400 IM (4:05.30) and 1,650 free (16:06.48).
High School/Club:
A 2010 graduate of West Johnston High School in Benson, N.C...Was coached by Logan Fransisco at West Johnston and Kit Raulerson at the Raleigh Swimming Association club team...Was chosen as the North Carolina Swimmer of the Year four consecutive years (‘06-10) and the Greater Neuse Swimmer of the Year from 2006-10...Finished in first place in state three times in her high school career, in the 100-yard butterfly in 2007, in the 200-yard freestyle in 2010 and the 500-yard freestyle in 2010.

Born January 13, 1992 in Newmarket, Ontario, Henry is the daughter of Brian and Nanette Henry of Benson, N.C...plans to major in physics...finished in the top one percent of her graduating class of 582 students...chose A&M because “of the academic/athletic support in addition to one of the best coaching staffs in the nation.
