2010-11 (Junior):
Earned NCAA "B" cuts in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.33) and the 400 IM (4:18.95), both at the Big 12 Championships … competed at the USA Nationals last summer and earned his 2012 Olympic Trials cuts in the 200 breast and 400 IM.

2009-2010 (Sophomore):
Swam in three events at the 2010 Big 12 Championships...Posted an NCAA "B" cut time of 2:16.55 in the 200 yard breaststroke at the Big 12 meet...also swam season bests in the 200 yard individual medley (2:05.20) and 100 yard breaststroke (1:04.24) at the Big 12 Championship meet.

2008-09:
Originally signed with Wisconsin … earned her degree from Austin Community College in December 2009 with a degree in general studies.

High School/Club:
2008 Graduate of Westwood High School in Austin, Texas …  competed for Nitro Swimming for 13 years and was coached by Tim O'Brien … placed 25th in the 200-meter breaststroke at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha, Neb., and placed 14th in the 200 breast at the 2009 U.S. Open in Federal Way, Wash … Onstott competed in the 100 breast and the 200 and 400 IM at the Short Course National Championships in Federal Way, Wash. … qualified for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 200 breast and 400 IM. … member of the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society … was a National Merit Scholar.
