2016-17 (Junior):
  • SEC Champion in the 100-yard breaststroke and with the 400 medley relay … Also won the consolation final of the 200 breaststroke.
  • Helped the Aggies’ 200 and 400 medley relays to a pair of runner-up finishes at the NCAA Championships
  • Earned honorable mention All-American honors with a 10th place finish in the 100 breaststroke at NCAAs
  • Posted season bests of 58.85 in the 100 breast and 2:10.10 in the 200 breast
  • At the Phillips 66 National Championships, Caneta placed 11th in the 100 breast
  • At the U.S. Open, Caneta placed third in the 100 breaststroke and 11th in the 200 breast
 
2015-16 (Sophomore):
  • Posted NCAA “B” qualifying cuts in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and the 200 IM
  • Saw action in all three individual races and the 400 medley relay at the national meet
  • Placed fifth in the 100 breast at the SEC Championships
  • Led the team with a time of 59.37 in the 100 breast and ranked No. 4 in the 200 breast (2:10.97) and ninth in the 200 IM (2:01.32)
  • Earned 100 breaststroke victories in the North Texas, Rice, Georgia and SMU dual meets
  • Also posted a win in the 200 breast against SMU.
2014-15 (Freshman/Arizona State University):
  • As a freshman at Arizona State, competed in the 2014 Phillips 66 Nationals where she placed 12th in the 50 breast and 18th in the 100 breast earning her a spot on the 2014-2015 USA Swimming National Junior Team
  • At the 2014 Junior Pan Pacific Championships she took home silver in the 100 breast (1:08.68)
  • She also competed at 2015 NCAAs, placing 19th in 200 Medley Relay (split 27.27)

High School/Club:
  • 2014 graduate of Frontier High School in Bakersfield, California
  • Eight time Individual League Champion and three-time California Interscholastic Federation Champion… holds the CIF Central Section record in the 100 breast (1:02.37)
  • Two time Bakersfield Californian Swimmer of the Year
  • Swam for the Roadrunner Aquatics swim club where she was a member of the Junior National Team in 2014, winning the silver medal at the Junior Pan Pacific Games in and a bronze medal in the 100 breast at Junior Nationals.
