  • Recorded a season best at SEC Championships in the 200 IM (1:58.08).
  • Swam a season best time of 1:02.80 in the 100 breast at the Art Adamson Invite.
  • Was named to the 2023 SEC Women's Swimming & Diving Community Service Team.

2021-22 (Senior): 
  • Competed against Houston and Texas before being sidelined by injury. 

2020-21 (Junior):
  • Aided the 800 free relay to a season-best time of 7:02.48 to earn 12th and clocked in at 4:10.25 in the 400 IM at NCAA Championships. 
  • Finished in the top five of the 400 IM B-final, lowering her season-best with a time of 4:12.39 at SEC Championships.
  • Clocked in a season-best time in the 100 fly (53.95) at the Art Adamson Invite.
  • Earned the CBart Academic Attitude Award at the annual team banquet. 

2019-20 (Sophomore):
  • At SEC Championships, earned an NCAA B-cut in the 200 Breast (2:11.75) and 200 IM (1:57.51)
  • Touched the wall first in the 200 IM (2:02.61) and second in the 200 Breast (2:17.35) against Ohio State
  • Against Texas, clinched third in the 100 Breast (1:03.77), 200 Breast (2:16.99) and 200 IM (2:02.11)
  • At the Art Adamson Invitational,  earned a NCAA-B cut time in the 200 IM (1:58.71) and 400 IM (4:10.39) beating her personal best, earned an NCAA-B cut time in the 200 Breast (2:12.01)
  • Secured third in the 100 Back (56.60) beating her personal best in the dual meet against SMU
  • Earned third in the 200 Breast (2:13.66) and 200 IM (2:00.52) as well as beat her personal best in the 100 Breast (1:02.49) against Georgia
  • In the dual meet against LSU, earned gold in the 200 IM (2:00.46), silver in the 200 Breast (2:15.00) and bronze in the 100 Breast (1:03.57)
 
2018-19 (Freshman):
  • Named to First Year SEC Academic Honor Roll
  • Competed in the Art Adamson Invitational, the Speedo Champions Series and the 2019 SEC Championships
  • Swam in the 200-yard breaststroke, the 200-yard IM and the 400-yard IM at the 2019 SEC Championships
 
High School/Club:
  • Trained with the Greater Nebraska Swim Team (GNST) for 11 years and was coached by Mike Witt and Leigh Ann Fetter-Witt (Cal Bentz - Coach Emeritus)
  • 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials qualifier (200 IM)
  • Currently holds 28 Midwestern swimming LSC records
  • Four-time Midwestern Swimming first-team honoree
  • USA Swimming National Select Camp attendee
  • Summer Junior Nationals finalist in the 200 IM
  • Has qualified for Summer Junior Nationals every year since age of 13
  • Coached by Mike Witt at Pius X High School in Lincoln, Neb.
  • Eight-time medalist at the state meet, including six state titles.
  • Four-time NISCA All-American
  • Three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All American
  • Owns school records seven races -- 200 free (1:50.11), 200 IM (2:01.63), 50 free (24.29), 100 fly (55.45), 100 free (51.00), 500 free (5:06.94) and 100 back (58.34), as well as with the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay
  • A versatile athlete, Theil also ran a leg on Pius X's 4x800-meter relay that won district and placed fourth at the state track and field meet.
