The co-captain was presented the team’s best defensive award at the end-of-the season awards dinner…Appeared in 24 of 25 matches and drew 10 starts…Posted double-figure digs five times…Twice took or tied for team-high honors in digs…Averaged 2.00 digs per set for the full season…Was second on the team with 2.15 digs per set in SEC matches only…Her career-high four aces at Arkansas were the most by an SEC player in a five-set conference match in 2017.
2016 - (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)

2013 (FRESHMAN)
Started 17 matches and appeared in 24 matches overall as the Bulldogs went 12-20 overall…Also appeared in 80 of 112 sets…Posted double-figure digs in nine matches, including a career-high 20 digs in the Bulldogs’ 3-2 victory against UAB on Sept. 21…Ranked fourth on the team with 2.35 digs per set for the full season…Tallied 21 aces for the season -- including a personal-best three aces in a 3-1 victory against Wofford on Sept. 13 -- and finished second on the team with 0.26 aces per set.
PREVIOUS ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE
Was a three-year letterwinner as a libero and defensive specialist at Plano East Senior High School…Coached by Steven Jones, was named to the All-District 10-5A first team and also was named the Lady Panthers’ defensive player of the year and co-MVP as a senior captain after leading the team with 515 digs and 51 service aces…As a junior, led the team with 498 digs and earned MaxPrep Player of the Year and All-District 8-5A second team accolades…Received all-district honorable mention as a sophomore…Played four years of club volleyball under coach Mike Minnis for the Hurricane, Premier and Summit organizations.

Gabrielle Julia Litwin is the daughter of John and Lorrie Litwin…Her dad lettered in soccer at UNLV and her mother lettered in volleyball at Appalachian State…Has one older brother, Garret…Began playing volleyball when she was in the third grade…Wears No. 13 because it is her lucky number…Made official recruiting visits to Mississippi State, Sam Houston State, West Virginia and Kansas State…Played her freshman year at Mississippi State before transferring to Texas A&M…Was required to sit out one year after the transfer before becoming eligible to compete…Most memorable moment of Texas A&M athletic career is when the Aggies came back to defeat Florida at Reed Arena in 2015…Hobbies include sleeping, listening to music and being outside…Has volunteered at The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation in which Aggies assist residents within the community…Also has gone on a mission to Haiti each of the last two years with other Texas A&M student-athletes…Is majoring in university studies with a concentration in business and is minoring in both communication and sport management…Is slated to graduate in December…Career ambition is to play volleyball as long as possible then do mission work in Haiti then pursue a job in business sales in the marketing department…Born May 4, 1995, in Connecticut.
