The team MVP earned AVCA All-America Honorable Mention distinction and became the first player in A&M history to be named AVCA Region Player of the Year…Set more than 40 Texas A&M all-time, 25-point rally scoring era and SEC career, season and single match records…Finished the season ranked fourth in the nation and second in the SEC with an all-time school-record 64 total aces, obliterating A&M’s previous longest standing all-time season record of 59 aces, which had stood since 1983…Was seventh in the country and second in the SEC with an all-time school record 0.53 aces per set as well as 624 total points, the most points by an A&M player in the 25-point rally scoring era…Despite A&M playing a school-record 12 five-set matches, Hans led the SEC and was ninth in the nation with 5.20 points per set, also an A&M record in the 25-point rally scoring era…In addition, her 528 total kills and 4.40 kills per set marked A&M records in the 25-point rally scoring era and ranked 15th and 17th, respectively, in the country…In conference matches only, led the league and set A&M SEC records in total points (418.5), points per set (5.30), total aces (48), aces per set (0.61), and total kills (346)…Also led the SEC with 16 double-doubles for the full season and 12 double-doubles in conference matches only…Her 32 kills and 34 points at No. 11 Florida (10/5) are school records in the 25-point rally scoring era…Her 32 kills against the Gators tied for the most kills by an SEC player in a conference match in 2018 and she became the first A&M player to record more than 30 kills in a match since former Aggie All-American Laura Jones registered a still-standing all-time school record 38 kills in a five-set match at Missouri on Nov. 26, 2005, during the 30-point scoring cap era…Had 14 kills at Tennessee on Nov. 4 to give her 1,010 for her career, becoming the 19th player in program history to join the 1,000-Kills Club…Posted double-figure kills in each of the last 17 matches of the season and in 27 of 29 matches played…Reached the 20-kill milestone a team-high 15 times, including in 11 of the last 17 matches of the season…Recorded the first 20-20 of her career with match highs of 22 kills and 21 digs against Tennessee on Oct. 19…Led or tied for the team lead in points in 25 matches and in kills in 24 matches…Set an all-time school record with eight aces against Georgia (9/23)…The eight aces doubled her previous career high and broke the previous all-time school record of six aces accomplished 12 times…In only her third season, set the A&M SEC career record for aces with 89, smashing the previous record of 46 set by Shelby Sullivan (2012-16)…Her 48 aces in SEC matches only in the 2018 season doubled the previous A&M SEC season record for most aces (24) which Hans set as a sophomore…Her career-high three block solos at Missouri were the most in a match by an A&M player in 2018 and tied the A&M SEC record for most solo blocks in a match…Was second on the team with 2.60 digs per set for the full season and 2.78 digs per set in SEC matches only…Received numerous honors throughout the season, including PrepVolleyball.com Power 5 National Player of the Week (10/17) and SEC Player of the Week accolades…Was a four-time SEC Offensive Player of the Week, and also was a three-time all-tournament selection (Sports Imports D.C. Enrolled at Texas A&M in January and went through spring training with the Aggies…Became only the third player in A&M history to be named the AVCA Region Freshman of the Year…Also was named AVCA South Region Honorable Mention as well as PrepVolleyball.com All-Freshman Team Honorable Mention and SEC All-Freshman Team after leading the Aggies with 3.57 points per set for the full season…Was second on the team with 280 total kills and 3.08 kills per set for the full season…Played in 91 sets and all 30 matches, drawing 12 starts…Drew her first career start on her 19th birthday, replacing injured senior starter Emily Hardesty in the 3-0 victory against Virginia Tech on Sept. 3…Her 3.57 points per set, 3.08 kills per set and 280 total kills for the full season were the highest by an A&M freshman since 2006…Led A&M, ranked ninth in the SEC and led all freshmen in the SEC with 0.26 aces per set in all matches…Also led A&M, ranked 12th in the SEC and was third among all freshmen in the SEC with 3.75 points per set in SEC matches only…In addition, led A&M and was fifth in the SEC with 0.28 aces per set in SEC matches only…Her career-high 22.5 points in the 3-1 victory against LSU on Nov. 23 were the most by an A&M player in a match in 2016 (3, 4 or 5 sets)…Furthermore, her career-high 20 kills in the win against the Tigers were the most kills by an A&M player in a four-set match in 2016…Posted double-digit kills in a team-leading 19 matches…Her three double-doubles were second most on the team…Led A&M in both kills and points and had back-to-back double-doubles in kills and digs in three-set matches against then-No. 2 Texas and No. 6 Wisconsin…Took or tied for team-high honors in kills in 13 matches overall, tying for the team high…Her four aces in the 3-0 win against Arizona was the most by an A&M player in a match in 2016 (3, 4 or 5 sets)…Was twice named the SEC Freshman Player of the Week in November, including the final week of the regular season in which she led A&M with 4.50 points per set and tied for the team lead with 4.00 kills per set as the Aggies earned victories over both LSU and Auburn…Shared the team’s Most Improved Player award with sophomore middle blocker Kaitlyn Blake.
PREVIOUS ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE
Was a four year starter for coach Adaora Bilse at Calallen High School…Saw action as a middle blocker, outside hitter and defensive specialist throughout her prep career…Was No. 34 in PrepVolleyball.com’s list of Senior Aces…Named the District 30-5A MVP as well as the MVP of the Corpus Christi Caller-Times All-South Texas Team as both a sophomore and senior…Was named to the all-district first team as a junior despite missing the last part of the season with a broken foot…Named the District 30-4A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman…As a sophomore, helped lead the Wildcats to a district championship and the regional semifinals of the state tournament…Selected to PrepVolleyball’s Soph 79 and Frosh 59 lists and also was named to AVCA’s 2013 Phenom List…Was a four-time member of the all-district academic team…Played club ball for Corpus Christi Crossfire and Corpus Christi Force…Teams earned two bids to the national tournament after taking first place in the American Division at the 2013 Baltimore qualifier and finishing second in the USA Division at the 2013 Minnesota qualifier…Most memorable moment of high school athletic career is when her club team received two bids to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.
PERSONAL
Began playing volleyball when she was 10 years old…Also competed in basketball and track and was a cheerleader, but chose to pursue volleyball because that is the sport she truly loves…Attended four Texas A&M Volleyball Camps…Looked up to former Aggie volleyball standout Lindsey Miller while growing up because “she was such a great middle and I loved the way she played.”…Only official recruiting trip was to Texas A&M…Chose to attend Texas A&M because “I've grown up an Aggie my whole life and have loved the school for as long as I can remember.”…Wears No. 9 because that was the number worn by her sister who Hollann credits for getting her started in volleyball and teaching her so much about the game…Most memorable moment of A&M athletic career is “getting to play at Reed Arena and seeing the most amazing fans cheer us on”…Is related to Elvis Presley through her mom’s side of the family…Hobbies include playing the guitar, cooking and baking…Serves as a leader for FCA…Was one of 67 Texas A&M student-athletes who went on a mission trip to Haiti in May 2017…Each of the last three years, has participated in The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation in which Aggies assist residents within the community…Also has volunteered at the Special Olympics Spring Games...Trunk or Treat, helping locals hand out candy and play with little kids for Halloween…Majoring in university studies-sport conditioning with minors in coaching and leadership…Career ambition is to be a teacher or coach until she gets married and then become a stay-at-home mom.

Enrolled at Texas A&M in January and went through spring training with the Aggies…Became only the third player in A&M history to be named the AVCA Region Freshman of the Year…Also was named AVCA South Region Honorable Mention as well as PrepVolleyball.com All-Freshman Team Honorable Mention and SEC All-Freshman Team after leading the Aggies with 3.57 points per set for the full season…Was second on the team with 280 total kills and 3.08 kills per set for the full season…Played in 91 sets and all 30 matches, drawing 12 starts…Drew her first career start on her 19th birthday, replacing injured senior starter Emily Hardesty in the 3-0 victory against Virginia Tech on Sept. 3…Her 3.57 points per set, 3.08 kills per set and 280 total kills for the full season were the highest by an A&M freshman since 2006…Led A&M, ranked ninth in the SEC and led all freshmen in the SEC with 0.26 aces per set in all matches…Also led A&M, ranked 12th in the SEC and was third among all freshmen in the SEC with 3.75 points per set in SEC matches only…In addition, led A&M and was fifth in the SEC with 0.28 aces per set in SEC matches only…Her career-high 22.5 points in the 3-1 victory against LSU on Nov. 23 were the most by an A&M player in a match in 2016 (3, 4 or 5 sets)…Furthermore, her career-high 20 kills in the win against the Tigers were the most kills by an A&M player in a four-set match in 2016…Posted double-digit kills in a team-leading 19 matches…Her three double-doubles were second most on the team…Led A&M in both kills and points and had back-to-back double-doubles in kills and digs in three-set matches against then-No. 2 Texas and No. 6 Wisconsin…Took or tied for team-high honors in kills in 13 matches overall, tying for the team high…Her four aces in the 3-0 win against Arizona was the most by an A&M player in a match in 2016 (3, 4 or 5 sets)…Was twice named the SEC Freshman Player of the Week in November, including the final week of the regular season in which she led A&M with 4.50 points per set and tied for the team lead with 4.00 kills per set as the Aggies earned victories over both LSU and Auburn…Shared the team’s Most Improved Player award with sophomore middle blocker Kaitlyn Blake.

Was a four year starter for coach Adaora Bilse at Calallen High School…Saw action as a middle blocker, outside hitter and defensive specialist throughout her prep career…Was No. 34 in PrepVolleyball.com’s list of Senior Aces…Named the District 30-5A MVP as well as the MVP of the Corpus Christi Caller-Times All-South Texas Team as both a sophomore and senior…Was named to the all-district first team as a junior despite missing the last part of the season with a broken foot…Named the District 30-4A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman…As a sophomore, helped lead the Wildcats to a district championship and the regional semifinals of the state tournament…Selected to PrepVolleyball’s Soph 79 and Frosh 59 lists and also was named to AVCA’s 2013 Phenom List…Was a four-time member of the all-district academic team…Played club ball for Corpus Christi Crossfire and Corpus Christi Force…Teams earned two bids to the national tournament after taking first place in the American Division at the 2013 Baltimore qualifier and finishing second in the USA Division at the 2013 Minnesota qualifier…Most memorable moment of high school athletic career is when her club team received two bids to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.
PERSONAL
Began playing volleyball when she was 10 years old…Also competed in basketball and track and was a cheerleader, but chose to pursue volleyball because that is the sport she truly loves…Attended four Texas A&M Volleyball Camps…Looked up to former Aggie volleyball standout Lindsey Miller while growing up because “she was such a great middle and I loved the way she played.”…Only official recruiting trip was to Texas A&M…Chose to attend Texas A&M because “I've grown up an Aggie my whole life and have loved the school for as long as I can remember.”…Wears No. 9 because that was the number worn by her sister who Hollann credits for getting her started in volleyball and teaching her so much about the game…Most memorable moment of A&M athletic career is “getting to play at Reed Arena and seeing the most amazing fans cheer us on”…Is related to Elvis Presley through her mom’s side of the family…Hobbies include playing the guitar, cooking and baking…Serves as a leader for FCA…Was one of 67 Texas A&M student-athletes who went on a mission trip to Haiti in May 2017…Each of the last three years, has participated in The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation in which Aggies assist residents within the community…Also has volunteered at the Special Olympics Spring Games...Trunk or Treat, helping locals hand out candy and play with little kids for Halloween…Majoring in university studies-sport conditioning with minors in coaching and leadership…Career ambition is to be a teacher or coach until she gets married and then become a stay-at-home mom.
