Katelyn June Labhart is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Labhart…Has two older brothers, Jake and Travis…Travis was a standout wide receiver on the Texas A&M football team and signed with the Houston Texans in 2014…Her father and oldest brother also played college football, at TCU and Air Force, respectively…Is a third generation Aggie, as her grandfather, Cecil, her father and her two brothers graduated from Texas A&M…Her cousin, Shannon (Labhart) Grant, was a standout on the Aggie soccer team from 2001-04…First started playing volleyball when she was 12 years old and began playing club ball at age 15…Made an official recruiting visit to Auburn but decided to go to Texas A&M because she considers it to be her home away from home and she could not see herself going through life without an Aggie Ring and not being a part of the Aggie Network…Most memorable athletic moment at Texas A&M is the Aggies’ first-ever victory over Florida – “I had a career-high in digs as well.
