Was the first setter off the bench, backing up three-year starter and 2015 SEC Player of the Year Stephanie Aiple…Appeared in eight matches and 10 sets overall and averaged 4.40 assists per set…Came off the bench and posted her first double-double of the season and the second of her career with a season-high 15 assists and a career high 12 digs in two sets against LSU on Nov. 23…Made her fourth consecutive appearance on an SEC academic honor roll.

Started five matches on the right side and played in 15 matches and 34 sets overall…Made her A&M debut in the season opener at South Dakota State (Aug. 30)…Made her first career start against No. 7 Michigan (Sept. 13) and had eight kills, six blocks and 11.0 points as a right-side hitter…Averaged 1.12 kills, 0.88 blocks and 1.62 points, 0.65 digs and 0.44 assists per set for the full season…Gained valuable experience as a reserve setter while training under the tutelage of four-year starting setter and two-time AVCA Honorable Mention All-America honoree Ally Sawatzky.

Kaysie Marie Shebeneck is the daughter of Paul and Jane Shebeneck…Has an older sister, Molly…Began playing volleyball when she was 7 years old…Chose to play volleyball over other sports “because it is my passion. I like other sports, but I love volleyball. I like the team aspect of it, but I also like having an individual role and duty to the team”…Made an unofficial visit to Texas A&M as a sophomore and committed shortly after her visit…Chose to sign with the Aggies because “A&M has so many opportunities to help me succeed academically and athletically that it truly is the perfect school for me. The coaches are fantastic, the facilities are great, the school is awesome, and the traditions are unique and special”…Wears No. 17 because it was the first official jersey number she was given when she was 11 years old (and family and friends back home already had shirts with her number on it)…Most memorable athletic moment at A&M is as a freshman when Texas A&M hosted Michigan at Reed in the Aggies’ home opening tournament. “We were split 2-2 going into the fifth set and when we switched sides at 8, the 12th Man stood up and started chanting with me.
