Played in 22 matches and 39 sets and averaged 1.49 kills and 1.64 points per set while hitting .211 for the full season…Became the team’s first outside hitter off the bench…Played in two of three sets at No. 13 Kentucky on Oct. 5 and had a career-high nine kills while hitting .273…Was a key contributor off the bench in A&M’s comeback 3-2 win vs. VCU, posting eight kills while hitting .316, and also recording two aces to finish with a career-high 10.0 points over the final three sets…Had a career-high three blocks in the NCAA first round match against No. 22 Arizona State.

Kiara Ashli McGee is the daughter of Kevin McGee and Tracy Woodcox…Is the youngest of four children…Is the first person from her family to attend Texas A&M…Her dad played basketball at Oral Roberts (1980-84), and her oldest brother, Calvin Haynes, was a four-year letterwinner (2008-11) in basketball at Oregon State…Began playing volleyball when she was 12 years old…Made official recruiting visits to Georgia Tech and Texas A&M…Wears No. 4 because 22 was taken and 2+2=4…Most memorable moment of Texas A&M athletic career is winning the SEC championship in 2015…Hobbies include reading, getting her nails done, doing hair and working out …Has volunteered for The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation in which Aggies assist residents within the community, as well as at Texas A&M’s annual Residence Hall Move-In Assistance Day, helping new and returning Aggies move into their dorms…Was one of 11 volleyball players who went on a service mission to Haiti in May 2016…Majoring in sport management with a minor in business…Will get her Aggie Ring in September and is slated to graduate in May…Career ambition is to be a lawyer…Born March 25, 1996, in Panama City, Panama.
