Was the most natural and instinctive volleyball player on the team...Developed into a respected vocal leader, delivering valuable insight with her fine knowledge of the game...Quickly adjusted to the A&M system and its faster offensive tempo following her transfer from New Mexico in January 2012 and provided exceptional depth to the setter position...Was consistent with her set location and demonstrated great court vision and awareness...Strategically kept defenses off balance with a timely and effective dump, as well as a deceptive second-ball set over the net that falls in for the kill...Whether or not she was setting, she was counted on to contribute with her skillful serving and floor defense...Had a great attitude and understood and embraced the vital role she played on the team...Was willing to help the team whenever and wherever needed.

Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll
2013 (SENIOR)
Started 12 matches and appeared in 29 of 31 matches and 94 of 111 sets as a back-row defensive specialist and secondary setter...Drew the first start of her A&M career against Iowa State in the second match of the season...Led the team and ranked fourth in the SEC with 0.31 aces per set for the full season...In SEC matches only, led A&M and ranked seventh in the conference with 0.29 aces per set...Her five aces in a victory against Tennessee on Nov. 15 is an A&M record for an SEC three-set match...Posted double figures in digs eight times, including a career high 19 in the 3-2 come-from-behind victory at Georgia on Nov. 24...Finished fourth on the team with 2.12 digs per set in SEC matches only and was fifth with 2.09 digs per set for the full season...Was named to the Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll.
2012 (JUNIOR)
Following a two-year career as a starting setter at New Mexico, transferred to Texas A&M and began training with the Aggies in January 2012...Appeared in 14 matches and 21 sets as both a setter and defensive specialist in the fall season...Averaged 2.33 assists per set...Had a career-high 13 assists in two sets at Yale...Posted 11 assists and tied a career high with two kills in only one set against Mississippi State on Oct. 7.
2011 (SOPHOMORE/NEW MEXICO)
Started every match and played in 109 of 112 sets as the Lobos went 14-15...Posted 50 or more assists seven times and led the team and ranked third in the Mountain West Conference and 82nd in the nation with 10.38 assists per set...Was third in the MWC with 10.75 assists per set in league matches only as the Lobos went 6-8 and tied for fifth place...Led the Lobos with 15 double doubles and 26 aces.
2010 (FRESHMAN/NEW MEXICO)
Started 17 matches and helped lead the Lobos to a 20-10 record -- including a 12-4 second-place finish in conference play -- and an appearance in the NCAA tournament...She finished third on the team with 2.39 digs per set and also was named to the 2010 Academic All-Mountain West Team.

Led undefeated Elsinore High School to the Sunbelt League championship title as a senior and garnered first-team all-Sunbelt League, all-Valley and all-area honors...Coached by Kim Horton, was named to the AVCA Under Armour All-American Senior Watch List...Finished 2009 ranked ninth in California and top 30 in the U.S. for number of assists... Played first two years of high school volleyball at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego... Led Lady Dons to the San Diego CIF Division 3 Championship as a sophomore...Lady Dons were the Western League champions her freshman year...Played club for the Temecula Vipers and Coast Volleyball Club...Was coached by former Arizona All-American Dana Burkholder and former Olympians and Volleyball Hall of Famers Mary Jo Peppler and Karolyn Kirby...Teams qualified for Junior National Championships in 2005-08 and 2010...Also excelled in softball, led Elsinore to a CIF second-place finish and also hit a walk-off home run to lead her summer team to the semifinals of the Park City World Series...Was recruited as a catcher by several of the top softball programs in the country.

Mariah Lynn Agre is the daughter of Mary Spencer...Is the fourth of five children, has one brother and four sisters...Her grandmother, Rosemary Hayden, is fluent in 10 languages and is one of the top Bridge players in the nation, having been ranked as high as No. 2...Began playing volleyball at the age of 14...Chose to attend A&M because “when I came on my visit, I had a feeling that this was a blessing from God...The animal science school, the coaches and team all contributed to the enormity of this opportunity”...Hobbies include wakeboarding, surfing, hiking and beach volleyball...Is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes...Majoring in agricultural leadership and development and is slated to gradation in May 2013...Career ambition is to be a veterinarian...Born August 20, 1991, in San Diego, Calif.
