Began playing volleyball when she was a sophomore in high school and was a three-year starter for coach Rene McKibben…Received Wranglers’ most improved award as a junior…As a senior, the team captain was named to All- District 10-4A second team and was voted MVP at West Mesquite…Also was the recipient of the coaches’ award…Played club for Dallas Juniors Sportsplex and was coached by Kenzie Bukolt…Also competed in track and field at West Mesquite High School.

Uche Ekele Ukadike is the daughter of Evelyn Ukadike…Nickname is Debby…Has an older sister and two younger brothers…Hobby is singing…Began playing volleyball when she was 14 years old…Was a member of HOSA-Future Health Professionals and the National Honor Society…Made the A&B honor roll every year…Graduated high school with honors, finishing in the top 3 percent of her class…Made an official visit to Henderson State University but chose to attend Texas A&M because “I love the energy and vibe I got from there when I visited and I knew it was the school I was going to attend regardless of if I played volleyball or not.”…Plans to major in biology…Career ambition is to become a doctor and specialize to be a neuro surgeon or a neurologist…Born March 18, 1997 in Lagos, Nigeria.
