2015-16 (Freshman):
Went to the NCAA Championships as a relay swimmer and earned All-America honors with the Aggies’ 200 free relay (13th) and 200 medley relay (5th) … at SECs, Lupton competed in the 50 freestyle (t11th), 100 free (21st) and 200 free (27th) and on the Aggies’ 200 medley relay (2nd) and 200 free relay (3rd) … had season bests of 22.47 in the 50 free, 49.46 in the 100 free and 1:47.03 in the 200 free, which were all NCAA “B” cuts … during the regular season, Lupton posted first-place finishes in the 50 free vs. Kentucky, Rice and SMU, the 100 free vs. Incarnate Word and the 200 free vs. North Texas … U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in the 50 free and 200 back.
High School/Club:
2015 graduate of Kingwood High School in Kingwood, Texas… rated number two recruit in Texas… four-year letterwinner… All-American selection from 2012-2015… first team All-State 2012-2015… 2014 State Champion in the 50 and 100 free and 2015 State Champion in the 50 free in which she set the state record… All-Greater Houston Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Year in 2014 and 2015… set multiple school, district, and regional records… Kingwood High MVP in 2014 and 2015…also swam for the Eagle Swimming Association swim club under Coach Mike Robinson… 2014 Junior Nationals finalist.

Alexandra Lupton is the daughter of Anita Lupton… born November 5, 1996 in Kingwood, Texas… has two brothers, one who played soccer and one who pole vaulted and a sister who ran track, all for the University of Kansas… chose A&M because “I love A&M's academic opportunities and school traditions. I chose A&M because I know that training under Coach Bultman will bring me to my full potential. I also love the fact that the team is hardworking, supportive, and like a family.”
