Will Johnson joined the Texas A&M Athletics Department full time in 2001. He has served in several roles on the 12th Man Productions staff, including hosting all things Texas A&M athletics since 2004.
After being hired as a producer in 2001, Johnson became the host of all Texas A&M coaches television shows three years later and currently serves as writer and narrator of “The Pulse: Texas A&M Football.” The show has won three Lone Star Emmy awards.
In his time at A&M, Johnson has served the Texas A&M Sports Network as a radio broadcaster on several baseball and men’s and women’s basketball games. In 2012, Johnson joined the football broadcast as a sideline reporter. He now handles play-by-play duties for Aggie telecasts on the SEC Network+ platform.
Johnson has earned multiple Telly Awards, as well as several SVGA Awards during his time with 12th Man Productions.
A proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ’01, Johnson is married to Natalie, A&M Class of ’06. The duo have two children together, Juliette and June.
