Anthony Davis

Anthony Davis joined the Athletics Department in the Fall of 2024 as an Assistant Equipment Manager, where he oversees equipment operations for the softball, track and field and swimming and diving programs.
Among his duties, Davis oversees team Adidas budgets and Adi-custom uniform designs for his sports, orders equipment and apparel from Adidas Click and vendors, and ensures compliance with branding guidelines, contracts and NCAA regulations.
Davis came to Aggieland after three seasons in Athletics at Army West Point--serving the previous two as Director of Equipment Operations. In that role he oversaw two full-time employees and 23 cadet managers while overseeing uniform purchases, equipment operations and apparel contract negotiations in select sports.
With over a decade of experience in the equipment field, Davis began his career by spending one season as an assistant football equipment manager at Furman. Following that he worked with nine sports at UConn including the soccer, baseball and softball programs. Before moving to West Point, Davis worked three years with the Virginia Cavaliers where he oversaw equipment operations for the field hockey, men's lacrosse, wrestling, volleyball, rowing and track & field/cross country programs. While at UVA he won two national championships with the men's lacrosse team (2019 and 2021).
A native of Cartersville, Georgia, Davis is a 2016 graduate of Kennesaw State. He and his wife, Ashley, have two kids--Anthony III and Beckham.
