DJ Schwoegl is an Assistant Director of Game Management for the Athletics Department. In his role he oversees game day operations for the Texas A&M baseball, soccer equestrian and indoor track & field programs.
Schwoegl came to Aggieland in the Spring of 2023 after five seasons serving as Event and Game Operations Director at his alma mater, Sam Houston. While in Huntsville, he oversaw game day operations, parking, and ticket operations for eight Bearkat programs including football, basketball and baseball. In addition, Schwoegl handled all day-to-day facility maintenance needs and requests for every athletic facility on the SHSU campus.
A native of Katy, Schwoegl earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a minor in animal science from Sam Houston in 2015. He earned his master's in sport management from SHSU in 2017.
