Karli Stewart was hired as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in May 2023, following two seasons in various roles at Texas A&M with the football program. Stewart’s main duties will be to facilitate all accommodations from travel, hotel and events for unofficial and official visits for recruits.

Along with managing unofficial and official visits for recruits, Stewart will build and maintain relationships with current players’ families, as well as potential student-athletes and their families. Stewart will also work with local companies and businesses to maintain relationships for future events, meals and activities. She will oversee five student workers, while handling day-to-day office work.

Stewart previously served the Aggie football staff in a recruiting operations coordinator role where she was responsible for completing all paperwork for incoming student-athletes for admissions and housing. She also processed NCAA compliance paperwork and unofficial forms for potential student-athletes. Stewart first began her work experience as a football recruiting student worker in the spring of 2021 before transitioning to a program aide in May of 2022. Serving in those roles she facilitated meals, hotel accommodations and overall experience for on-campus visits. Along with those duties, she created potential student-athlete biographies for the coaching staff.

A native of Tomball, Texas, Stewart graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s in communication and a minor in business in 2022. In her spare time she enjoys watching the Houston Astros, traveling to Montana and spending time at the lake and ranch.
