Taylor McGillis came to Texas A&M to serve as the Executive Associate AD for External Relations and Revenue Generation after spending nine years at the University of Arkansas. McGillis oversees all of the external units within the Texas A&M Athletics Department and works closely with 12th Man Foundation, Texas A&M Sports Properties and a number of other groups to help drive Texas A&M’s revenue generation efforts.

McGillis served in multiple roles throughout his time at Arkansas, most recently as the Senior Associate AD for Marketing and Business Development. In his role he oversaw and worked closely with marketing, creative services, ticketing and licensing. Coming up through the ranks, he also served as the Assistant AD for Brand Development and Director of Creative Services and Digital Strategy.

He arrived at Arkansas as a digital strategist in 2014 and remained in that role until he was promoted in 2017. Prior to his time with the Razorbacks, McGillis spent one year as an assistant director for athletics communications at Miami.

McGillis earned a degree in sport business from Saint Leo University in 2013.
