Allen Gaudet

Allen Gaudet IV joined the Texas A&M football staff in December 2023 as the director of player personnel.

 

In his role on Mike Elko’s staff, Gaudet oversees and maintains the football program’s prospective student-athlete database and develops evaluation reports from collected data. 

 

Gaudet arrived in Aggieland after two seasons as assistant director of player personnel on Elko’s staff at Duke University from 2022-23. He initially worked with Elko as a player personnel assistant at Texas A&M from 2018-21.

 

Previously, Gaudet was the director of scouting at East Carolina from 2021-22 where he oversaw the Pirates’ recruiting database and led the program’s underclassmen and transfer portal identification and evaluation process. He also served a stint as a recruiting/player personnel assistant with the LSU football team from 2017-18. 

 

From 2019-21, Gaudet was a talent evaluator and content creator for 33rd Team, which is a football intelligence platform founded by former NFL executive Mike Tannenbaum that provides teams, leagues and fans with data-driven insights, analytics, and technology tools rooted in real front-office and coaching expertise.

 

Gaudet is a 2017 graduate of LSU where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sports administration and commerce with a minor in general business administration. As an undergraduate, Gaudet was a public relations intern for the New Orleans Saints for the 2016 season.
