DJ Marquardt

DJ Marquardt serves as assistant general manager for the Texas A&M football team after joining the program in January 2024.

 

Marquardt came to Aggieland as a scouting assistant after serving as director of player personnel and recruiting coordinator at New Mexico State University, where he organized and executed athletic evaluation processes, structured recruiting boards and coordinated recruiting travel and campus visits. 

 

Prior to his time at New Mexico State, Marquardt was a football quality control assistant at Eastern Illinois University, supporting daily operations, logistical processes and student-athlete recruitment. He also gained experience as a Football Video Scout with Sport Info Solutions, reviewing game film and documenting team statistics.

 

Marquardt earned his bachelor’s degree in sports & recreation management with a concentration in business studies from the University of Iowa.
