Emily del Real serves as the Director of the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association and Former Player Engagement, where she is committed to celebrating, connecting and supporting Aggie letterwinners and former players through every stage of life. She enjoys building relationships with former student-athletes and creating experiences that strengthen their lifelong connection to Texas A&M Athletics. Her goal is for every former student-athlete to feel appreciated, supported and proud of the lasting impact they’ve made.
Emily’s time in Aggie Athletics began in January 2020, when she joined the Center for Student-Athlete Services as a student intern while finishing her bachelor’s degree. In February 2022, she joined the department full time in Student-Athlete Engagement, where she educated, equipped and empowered current student-athletes in professional development, personal growth, leadership and community service. Having worked with both current and former student-athletes, she brings a unique view of the full life cycle of the Aggie athlete experience to her role today.
A native of Belton, Texas, Emily is a proud two-time Aggie. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Applied Exercise Physiology) in 2020 and a Master of Science in Sport Management in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, photography, music, finding creative outlets whenever she can and, of course, sports.
