Mobile tickets can be accessed via the link sent to your email, via 12thmanfoundation.com/login, or via the 12th Man Mobile app.
We strongly recommend the following important tips:
- Once you receive your tickets, please add them to your mobile wallet. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted if the ticket is in your wallet. By adding your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet in advance, you can avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the stadium.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance.
- Make sure you have a full battery charge before heading to the stadium.
- Make sure your phone's screen is clean and free of scratches and cracks.

Download and open the 12th Man Mobile app on your mobile device.

Click 'Tickets' in the menu at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Manage Tickets'.

If not already logged in, sign in your 12th Man Foundation Ticket account. NOTE: This is different than logging in to the app itself.

Your tickets are located under "My Upcoming Events" below the main menu.

Choose 'Add to Wallet', or 'Transfer' to send to another user.

Open your mobile wallet to access your tickets and have ready to scan at the gate. NOTE: Make sure to click "Next" at top and then "Done" to allow ticket to fully download into wallet, otherwise the wallet option will not work on gameday.

Select 'Transfer Tickets' on the main menu. You can also transfer from inside the event (game) screen itself.

Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer.

Enter the mobile number of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to. NEW: You can choose "Select from Phone Contacts" at the very top if applicable. If you only have an email address, click the "use Email instead" link.

Review the transfer and once ready, select 'Transfer Tickets' at the bottom of the screen.

The person receiving the transferred ticket(s) will receive a text message (or e-mail, depending on selection by the person transferring) with a link to accept the transfer.

They'll be prompted to log in, or create an account if they don't have one, to accept the tickets.

Once logged in, the individual can accept or decline the transfer. A user has 48 hours to accept a transfer. Once accepted, add the tickets to the mobile wallet and have ready to scan at the gate.

Select "Sell on Stubhub" from the main menu.

Select the ticket or tickets you wish to list on Stubhub.

3.
Check the box of the ticket selected to confirm and click "Continue to StubHub".

4.
Sign in to your StubHub account.

5.
Finalize the settings on Stubhub.
