Bob Brock served as Texas A&M’s softball coach from 1982-96 and led the Aggies to national championships in 1982 (AIAW), 1983 (NCAA) and 1987 (NCAA).

Inducted into the Texas A&M Athletics Hall of Fame in 2006 and the TSHOF’s SWC Hall of Fame in 2013, Brock led the Aggies to a 688-255 (.730) record in 15 seasons. His Texas A&M squads earned 10 trips to the NCAA postseason, including five trips to the College World Series.

Ten of Brock’s former players are in the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame and pitcher Shawn Andaya-Pulliam is in the TSHOF. Brock finished his head coaching career in an elite group of college coaches with more than 1,000 career victories with a final ledger of 1,126-776-1 in 34 seasons.
