Big 12 Success
- Texas A&M wrapped up third place in the Big 12 with Saturday's win, finishing conference play at 10-6 ... it is the third-highest finish in Big 12 play in school history (2ndplace in 2007 and 2010) ... A&M's 10 wins in Big 12 play matched the third highest total in school history (13 in 2007, 11 in 2010, 10 in 2006).
- A&M has posted back-to-back 10-plus win seasons in conference play for only the second time in Big 12 history (2006 and 2007), and for just the second time since 1985-86 ... the Aggies won 11 games in 2010 and 10 games this year.
- The Aggies locked in the No. 3 seed in next week's Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship ... it marks the second highest seed in the event in school history (No. 2 seed in 2007).
- Over the last three Big 12 seasons (2009-11), A&M is a combined 18-6 in the back half of the Big 12 schedule (final 8 games) ... the Aggies closed league play 6-2 in each of those three years.

- Saturday's crowd of 12,377 included 3,151 students and was the third largest crowd this year.
- That pushed A&M's season total to 153,001 in 17 Reed Arena games ... it marks the fifth straight year that the Aggies posted a season attendance average of 9,000 or greater.
- The Aggies averaged 10,933 per Big 12 game in 2011.
Seniors
- The senior class of Marshall Carrell, Andrew Darko, BJ Holmes, Derrek Lewis and Nathan Walkup finished their careers with a 62-9 record at Reed Arena.
- The Class of '11 became the third winningest in school history with Saturday's victory ... it has a record of 96-38, trailing only the 2010 (100) and 2009 (98) senior classes.
- The Class of '11 is the only one in school history to record three straight winning seasons in Big 12 play.
- It is only the fourth class in school history to record four straight 20-win seasons.

- A&M has won 14 of its last 18 games under Mark Turgeon following a loss.
