The Aggies took seven first place finishes on the day, six individual wins and one relay top spot.
The Aggies kicked off the evening with a first place finish in the 200-yard medley relay. Junior Nick Han, redshirt freshman Diego Suarez, sophomore Kyle Troskot and junior John Dalton combined to touch first with a time of 1:31.44.
Sophomore Henrik Lindau led the Aggies with a pair of individual wins on the day. Lindau struck first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 51.26, then took his talents to the 50-yard freestyle, where he threw down a time of 20.67. Lindau's finish in the 50 freestyle led an Aggie 1-2-3 finish, as freshman Alberty Riley (21.23) and Tareq Kaaki (21.32) finished in second and third, respectively.
The Aggies also saw 1-2-3 finishes in the 200-yard freestyle, the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard butterfly.
In the 200 freestyle, sophomore Kyle Troskot led the way with a time of 1:41.33, followed by junior Austin Wilson (1:42.73) and senior John Ariens (1:43.42).
Senior Amini Fonua (55.90) took first in the 100 breaststroke, as junior John Wagner (57.41) barely out-touched fellow junior Cheyne Hermes (57.42) for second place.
The final A&M sweep was in the 200 butterfly, where freshman Luke Shaw paced the Aggie front with a time of 1:53.08. Junior John Dalton and sophomore Donnie Walker followed with times of 1:53.56 and 1:56.12, respectively.
The Aggie divers took to the boards as well Thursday, and they followed suit with a pair of 1-2-3 finishes, in both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard events.
Senior Grant Nel took the top spot for A&M in the 1-meter springboard, as he paced the field with a score of 395.95. A pair of sophomore transfers, Hayden Jones (359.20) and Antonio Page-Kahn. placed second and third, respectively.
Jones beat out teammate Nel for the top spot in the 3-meter with a season best score of 429.95. Nel finished with a score of 425.85 and sophomore Adam Ruiz placed third with a NCAA Zone qualifying score of 333.15.
"It was a really good meet for the team- with Adam making his zone score," Nel said. "With Hayden and everyone diving so well, we're all really excited to see what's in store for us in the future."
