
Baseball America Tabs Taylor the Top TCL Prospect

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M infielder Logan Taylor was as recognized by Baseball America as the Top Prospect for the Texas Collegiate League (TCL) from the 2013 season.
Taylor, who was tabbed an All-TCL shortstop in 2013, hit .339 with 11 doubles, one triple, three home runs, 29 RBI and 17 stolen bases in 49 games for the Acadiana Cane Cutters. He logged a .463 slugging percentage and .445 on-base percentage for the summer.
The Houston-native helped lead the Cane Cutters to the second-best record in the league at 32-28.
As a freshman, Taylor appeared in 22 games for the Aggies, including 14 starts. He logged eight runs, five doubles and four RBI on the year.
