COLLEGE STATION--Texas A&M women's basketball tips off the 2015-16 regular season on Friday at 6 p.m., as the No. 13 Aggies host Texas State in Reed Arena.

The game is broadcast on SEC Network Plus, with Will Johnson and 2011 Final Four MOP Danielle Adams, who is making her Texas A&M broadcast debut, on the call. Authenticated users can access the game via WatchESPN on their computers, tablets and mobile phones.

Additionally, Gabe Bock and Bret Dark bring listeners the action on The Zone 102.7 FM, which is available locally in Bryan-College Station, or listen in online at 12thman.com/showcase.

One lucky fan will win a special edition Century Tree Necklace from David Gardner's Jewelers at Friday's game. In addition, a $5,000 Pepsi Half-Court Shot and a halftime performance by the Aggie Wranglers are scheduled for this game. Fans can visit the marketing tables for more information on all of the promotions.

This will be the debut for a Texas A&M team that returns two All-Americans for the first time in school history. Two-time selection Courtney Walker and Jordan Jones, who is playing in her first game since tearing her ACL and meniscus on Feb. 26, lead the way for an A&M squad that returns over three quarters of its scoring from a team that went 23-10 last season. Walker (First Team) and Jones (Second Team) were named Preseason All-SEC this week, along with Courtney Williams (First Team).

The Aggies look to improve their 37-4 all-time record in home openers, and their 28-13 record in season openers. A&M has won nine of their last 10 season openers.
Texas State went 16-13 in 2014-15, qualifying for the Women's Basketball Invitational. The Aggies lead the all-time series against the Sun Belt foe, 12-2.

After this game, the Aggies return to the floor on Sunday, November 15 at 4 p.m. to host Southern for Military Appreciation Day.
