
Kirk, Knight, Reynolds earn spots on preseason watch lists

Texas A&M football standouts Christian Kirk, Trevor Knight and Josh Reynolds earned spots on national award watch lists that were announced on Wednesday.
Wide receivers Kirk and Reynolds were named to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award, which is given annually to the outstanding receiver in college football. Kirk, a sophomore from Scottsdale, Ariz., is coming off a Freshman All-America and SEC Freshman of the Year season that saw him lead the Aggies in catches, receiving yards, touchdowns, punt and kickoff return yardage and all-purpose yardage. Reynolds, a senior from San Antonio, is nearing the 20 touchdown plateau and has over 100 career catches after just two seasons at Texas A&M.
Knight, a graduate transfer from San Antonio, Texas via the University of Oklahoma, was announced as a nominee for the Allstate AFCA Good Work Team, which is recognizes commitment to service and enriching the lives of others. He was also made the watch list for the prestigious Wuerffel Trophy, which honors exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement.
