TEXAS A&M-OLE MISS ALL-TIME SERIES
- A&M leads Ole Miss in the all-time series, 13-1, including 8-1 in SEC matches only, since the teams first met in 1983.
- A&M is 5-0 against the Rebels in matches played in Oxford, with all five meetings occurring after the Aggies joined the SEC in 2012.
- Texas A&M's 25-21, 25-23, 25-16 victory against the Rebels on Sept. 14, 2012, marked the Aggies' inaugural SEC volleyball match as well as Texas A&M's first SEC victory in any sport. Current Rebels assistant coach Tori Mellinger was a senior during the Aggies' first season in the SEC and had 13 kills in the opening win against Ole Miss.
- After losing the first 13 meetings in the all-time series against A&M, Ole Miss got its first victory against the Aggies when the teams met earlier this season in College Station.
- The teams most recently met Oct. 22, 2017, at Reed Arena, where the Rebels posted their first-ever win in the all-time series, defeating the Aggies, 25-18, 25-22, 22-25, 25-16. The Rebels outhit A&M, .223 to .151, and had three players record double-figure kills. Emily Stroup led Ole Miss with 13 kills while hitting .321, and she also added a match-high 22 digs. Nayo Warnell had 12 kills and hit .474, and Kate Gibson added 10 kills for the Rebels. A&M's Hollann Hans led all players with 16 kills and 20 points, but she was the only A&M player to reach double figures in kills.
- Set 1: Ole Miss led from start to finish, outhitting the Aggies, .273 to .114 in the 25-18 win. The Rebels jumped out to an 8-2 lead, but the Aggies twice fought back to get within two points, the last coming at 16-14. Ole Miss then pulled away, reeling off five unanswered points to build its largest lead, 21-14 lead.
- Set 2: A&M held a 9-5 lead when Ole Miss went on a 10-1 surge that included three consecutive service aces. The Rebels later extended their margin to seven points, 20-13, but A&M freshman middle blocker Morgan Davis, who subbed in at 19-13, got two blocks and two kills, and freshman outside hitter Samantha Sanders served two aces during a 7-0 A&M rally that tied the score, 21-21. Despite outhitting the Rebels, .176 to .088, and leading in total points, 19-15, in the set, A&M, was unable to take the lead as a service error and an Ole Miss kill put the Rebels up, 23-21. Davis got a solo block to put the Aggies back within a point, but an A&M service error and a rotation violation by the Aggies ended the set.
- Set 3: A&M overcame a 17-11 deficit in the third set, outscoring the Rebels, 12-4 to take a 23-21 lead. Ole Miss, which was outhit, .200 to .176, got a kill to get within a point before Hans put the Aggies at set point with her sixth kill in the frame. Sophomore middle blocker Maddie Douglas and senior opposite Ashlie Reasor then clinched the win the win for A&M with a block.
- Set 4: Ole Miss used a 4-0 spurt to pull away from a 5-5 tie in the fourth set and never looked back. The Rebels, who outhit A&M, .342 to .116 in the stanza, went on to build their largest lead at 21-12.

TEXAS A&M PLAYER NOTES
- Senior libero Amy Nettles is fifth in the A&M records with 1,394 career digs and needs only nine more digs to move into a tie for fourth place with Genny (Wood) Volpe, who had 1,403 career digs from 1990-93.

The now-senior co-captain has obliterated the previous record of 284 consecutive sets played, held by fellow San Antonian Suzy Wente since 1994.
- Nettles holds the A&M record for career digs in SEC matches only with 921.
- Nettles is seventh in the league with 4.23 digs per set in conference matches only. The A&M record for digs per set in an SEC season is 4.10, set by Megan Pendergast in 2012, the Aggies' first year in the league.

- Nettles had a career-high 34 digs in the win against Tennessee on Oct. 27. It ties for sixth in the A&M all-time single-match records and is one shy of the school record for most digs in an SEC match held by Heather Reynolds, who had 35 digs in a 3-2 win at Georgia on Nov. 24, 2013.

- Senior outside hitter Kiara McGee has recorded double-figure kills in each of the last four matches, including a personal season-high 20 kills—one shy of her career high—last Sunday at Arkansas. She has taken team-high honors in both kills and points in each of the last three matches.
