
No. 10 Men’s Swimming and Diving Opens Dual Meet Season Against Ohio State and Louisville

COLUMBUS, Ohio- The No. 10 Texas A&M men's swimming and diving team opens the 2018-19 dual meet season at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion Friday and Saturday, taking on No. 11 Louisville and No. 16 Ohio State.
The Aggies are coming off a 2017-18 campaign that saw the Aggies post a 7-1 record in dual meets, a second-place finish at the SEC Championships and its third straight Top 25 finish at the NCAA Championships. The Aggies return five All-Americans from the 2018 Championships--Adam Koster, Angel Martinez, Kurtis Mathews, Sam Thornton and Benjamin Walker.
Ohio State had a season-opening 156-144 win over Alabama September 27. The Buckeyes return 11 athletes that competed at the NCAA Championships a year ago and five school record holders.
Louisville tied a program-record with a ninth-place finish at the 2018 NCAA Championships, and return five All-Americans from that squad. The Cardinals opened the season with a 172.5-81.5 win over Xavier October 6.
