Marson and Storch Advance to Consolation Semifinals at Sherwood Cup

LOS ANGELES – Guido Marson and Stefan Storch of the Texas A&M men's tennis team advanced to the consolation semifinals at the 2020 Sherwood Collegiate Cup presented by the Sherwood Country Club Saturday. The No. 9 Aggies are joined at the tournament by student-athletes from No. 3 USC, No. 11 UCLA and No. 12 Stanford.
Marson, an A&M sophomore from Pordenone, Italy, topped Neel Rajesh of Stanford to reach the semifinals of the consolation draw against Ryder Jackson of USC. On the bottom half of the bracket, Storch, a freshman from Melbourne, Australia, defeated Kento Pereira of Stanford to set up a showdown against Bradley Frye of USC.
