
Record-Setting Academic Year for Texas A&M Athletics

The Spring of 2019 and Fall of 2019 were the best semesters in the history of Texas A&M Athletics, producing the highest-ever GPAs respectively.
Over 650 student-athletes made the AD's Honor Roll.
43 were on the Dean's Honor Roll.
21 were Distinguished Students.
13 Aggie teams earned a collective GPA of 3.0 or higher.
As far as individuals, several have achieved phenomenal heights:
Jon Bishop was the SEC Indoor Track and Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
NCAA postgraduate scholarships were awarded to Ashley Driscoll of women's track and field and cross country, Wendell Mitchell from men's basketball, Brittany Parker of women's track and field, and Ann Elizabeth Tebow of equestrian.
Tebow was also bestowed the SEC's Brad Davis Community Service Award, along with Jake Gibbons of men's swimming and diving.
Finally, the prestigious H Boyd McWhorter Award was given to Raena Eldridge of women's swimming and diving and to Ben Walker of men's swimming and diving.
