No. 3 Women’s Golf Set to Take on Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic

ATHENS, Ga. – The No. 3 Texas A&M women's golf team is set to compete at the 2023 Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic March 24-26 at the par-72, 6,327-yard UGA Golf Course.
The Lineup
Texas A&M and head coach Gerrod Chadwell are bringing Zoe Slaughter, Hailee Cooper, Adela Cernousek, Lana Calibuso-Kwee and Blanca Fernández García-Poggio. All five Aggies finished in the top 25 in their last outing at the Clover Cup.
Back-to-Back Titles
The Aggies have won two-straight tournament titles in record breaking fashion heading into the Liz Murphey. At the ICON Invitational, the Maroon & White shot a 54-hole program record 34-under, 830 and Slaughter dominated the field with a program-best 18-under, 198. A&M followed that up with the second-lowest 54-hole score (-23) in school history at the Clover Cup. The Aggies won by at least 10 strokes in both tourney wins.
