Texas A&M head volleyball coach Jamie Morrison announced the addition of transfer outside hitter Emily Hellmuth to the roster Friday.
Morrison continues to make additions the 2024 squad, as Hellmuth joins the program from Pepperdine with two seasons of eligibility remaining. The two-year starter was named West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year in 2022 and was added to the WCC All-Freshman Team following her impressive rookie campaign. In her second season she continued to contribute to the Waves' success, as they claimed the WCC title.
"We are excited to make Emily and her family a part of ours here at Texas A&M," Morrison said. "She is a dynamic volleyball player with a world class arm. At the same time, Emily has a touch and feel for the ball that is rare in someone her size."
