What has the transition been like since arriving in Aggieland from a relatively small town in Lovelady, Texas?
“Honestly, it hasn’t been that different. College Station, while it is a college town, is still pretty small.”
What has it been like playing at the college level?
“It has been really good for me, especially in practice. I get to play with some of the best players. I feel like it makes me a better player with the increased level of skill.”
What goals, both individually and as a team, do you have this season?
“As a team we all want to make it to the college World Series, that’s the end goal. Individually, I am aiming to start as a freshman.”
How has the experience been so far adjusting to the team as a freshman and getting know the coaches better?
“I love both the girls and the coaches. They have been so welcoming, and I love everything that the coaches stand for. With this group of girls, we all seem like a group of best friends, same goes for the coaches.”
Where in Aggieland do you eat the most and would you eat there for the rest of your life if you could?
“I am a big Torchy’s Tacos fan, and I could probably eat there for the rest of my life. The brisket tacos from there are amazing and they have the best queso. But if I could eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be the chocolate chip pancakes from Waffle House, unfortunately we don’t have one here.”
What song hypes you up and why?
“Anything by Drake. I don’t have a favorite song, but they are all good. Drake is one of my top two favorite artists. Zach Bryan is in the mix, so I have my different genres for my different moods.”
Who is your role model and why?
“It has to be my parents since they have been huge leaders in my life. They have taught me everything that I know.”

Outside of softball, what are some of your favorite hobbies?
“I like to read, and also like to go duck and deer hunting.”
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
“Probably Hawaii. I love the beach and it has also been my dream vacation since I have never been there before.”
What are your future goals after you finish your softball career?
“My plan is to go into the medical field and I want to do dentistry.”
