Ennis shot a 1-over 73 to remain in the hunt for medalist honors. His Monday circuit included four birdies. His standing has been buoyed by his performance on the par 4s where his 4.05 average ranks fifth in the field.
Kris Kuvaas also logged a 1-over 73 in Monday's action. He had an up-and-down round with a team-best six birdies. His eight birdies for the tournament rank fourth in the field.

TEXAS A&M QUOTES
On Monday's round...
"For the most part it was a good round of golf for us. We gave some strokes up there at the end of the round again. That's something we always stress, playing good golf for 18 holes, so that's a big disappointing. It's something we always work on and we expect to improve on throughout the season. We're in good shape heading into the final round with a chance to win, which is what we came to do."
On Aaron Pounds' round...
"Aaron continues to be steady for us and today's round was no different. He really limited his mistakes, and it showed up on the scorecard – just one bogey. He put himself in some great opportunities to score on some holes and he'd tell you he'd like to have made some more, birdies, but that was a really good round."
On heading to the final round playing for the team title along with two players in contention for medalist honors...
"That's why you go to tournaments, for that kind of competition. Tomorrow will be a fun challenge and the guys are looking forward to competing."
