Four Aggies Finish in the Top 12 on Day 2 of the Texas Diving Invitational

The Texas A&M diving team finished day two of the Texas Diving Invitational with four Aggies finishing in the top 12 at Jamail Texas Swim Center on Friday.

AUSTIN – The Texas A&M diving team finished day two of the Texas Diving Invitational with four Aggies finishing in the top 12 at Jamail Texas Swim Center on Friday.

In the women's 1-meter dive, sophomore Bridget Foster was the Aggies' top finisher with a ninth-place effort and a score of 273.65. Right behind were sophomore teammate Julie Moons in 10th place with a 267.70 total and senior Joslyn Oakley finishing in 11th place with a score of 259.55.

For the men's team, sophomore Nathan Stone placed seventh with a score of 362.30 on the 3-meter board. 

In preliminary action, freshman Emilio Trevino added a 17th-place score of 307.20 in the men's 3-meter. Sophomore Charles Reuter and senior Matthew Aigner rounded out the action with a top-25 finishes with scores of 281.85 and 251.30, respectively. Junior Chloe McKnight also finished with a top-25 finish in the women's 1-meter with a score of 225.05.
