AUSTIN – Texas A&M freshman Emilio Trevino earned a runner-up finish in the platform dive to highlight the Aggies' final day at the Texas Diving Invitational on Saturday at the Jamail Texas Swim Center.
Trevino, from Monterey, Mexico, finished second to Stanford's Misha Andriyuk with a score of 426.40. Behind him was sophomore teammate Jaxon Bowshire, who placed sixth with a score of 336.70. The Aggies also received solid efforts from sophomore Charles Reuter and senior Matthew Aigner, who finished 10th and 11th with scores of 290.30 and 289.30, respectively.
On the women's team sophomore Gabby Filzen placed third with a score of 267.05. Right behind her with a fourth-place finish was junior Chloe McKnight with a score of 252.55.
