Williams Wins Long Jump Title on Final Day of USATF Indoor Championships

NEW YORK – Texas A&M's Will Williams won the men's long jump title on the final day of the USA Track & Field Indoor Championships Sunday at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex.
Williams, an NCAA Champion for the Aggies in 2018, added another national title to his resume as he won the USATF indoor long jump event. The Chicago native leapt a title-winning mark of 8.16m/26-9.25 on his fifth attempt to secure the win.
Brandon Miller had another impressive day on the track, as he concluded his championships with a career-best mark of 1:44.26 in the men's 800m final which was good for second place.
Semira Killebrew wrapped up the meet for the Maroon & White, finishing fifth in the women's 60m final with a season-best time of 7.25.
