The Aggies (5-2) will also face off against Oklahoma State (4-3) on Saturday at 7 p.m. before closing out the tournament with Rice (2-5) on Sunday at 6 p.m.
All three contests will be streamed live without a blackout or paywall on Astros.com and on the Astros X, Facebook and YouTube channels. Friday and Sunday's contests will also air on the Space City Home Network, while Saturday's game can be seen on the Space City Home Network Alternate Channel. Texas A&M is making its 12th appearance at the tournament and its first since 2023. The Maroon & White won the event in 2015 and 2019 and are 20-13 all-time at the Astros Foundation College Classic.
The Aggies will send the left-handed trio of Ryan Prager, Justin Lamkin and Myles Patton to the mound. The trio was brilliant in the series against Cal Poly, combining for 18 innings of one-run, unearned, baseball to go along with 14 strikeouts. On the season, the southpaws boast a combined 1.12 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 32 innings.
