Papamalamis, Roddick Earn All-SEC Honors

BIRMINGHAM – Texas A&M's Theo Papamalamis and JC Roddick earned all-league recognition on the 2025 SEC Men's Tennis Awards, as voted on by the conference head coaches on Thursday.
Papamalamis earned his first All-SEC honors of his collegiate career being named to the First Team All-SEC and All-Freshman team. Manning the top of the lineup for the Aggies all season, the Lessy, France native accumulated a 13-7 regular season record, including four ranked victories. Earlier this season, Papamalamis earned SEC Co-Freshman of the Week honors after clinching the match against Harvard to send the Maroon & White to ITA Indoors. The freshman is part of the No. 4-ranked doubles duo with partner Togan Tokac. The pair have posted a 9-4 record at line one this season.
Roddick earned his second All-SEC recognition after being named to the Second Team All-SEC team. While sitting out for part of the season due to injury, Roddick tallied an 8-6 dual record, including an 8-4 record at the second line. In the spring, the senior has claimed five ranked victories, including over then-No. 10 Sebastian Gorzny of Texas at ITA Indoors in February.
