It’s the story of one of the greatest teams to ever take the field here, the 2012 Aggies. They won 11 games and the Cotton Bowl in the program’s first SEC season, led by Heisman winner Johnny Manziel. But this group was about more than Johnny. A senior class shouldered the weight of carrying A&M into the nation’s toughest conference with a new coach and a new quarterback, and few gave them much of a chance.
