The eighth ranked Texas A&M Aggies opens its 2026 season Saturday night when the Aggies welcome the Missouri State Bears to Kyle Field. ESPN will broadcast the game nationally with kickoff set for 6:05 p.m.
Texas A&M and Missouri State will meet for the first time in program history. A&M becomes the first SEC opponent for Missouri State as a member of the Football Bowl Subdivision. The Bears are in their second season at the FBS level.
Texas A&M is 19-7 in season-openers since 2000, including an 8-2 record in its last 10. In home openers, the Aggies are 23-3 in their last 26 matchups with a 9-1 record over the last 10 seasons.
