COLLEGE STATION - Texas A&M standout Micaela Wark was named NFCA National Player of the Week, the organization announced Tuesday.

The Frisco, Texas, native stayed hot in game two, going 2-for-2 with an RBI, before capping the weekend with a two-run home run in the 9-7 series finale win that snapped the nation's longest winning streak.
Wark also turned in a 2-for-2 performance with a home run, two RBI, three runs and a walk in a midweek win over Sam Houston.
